PDF Batch Jobs

The PDF batch job list displays the current queue of all PDF conversion jobs.

You can open the list with the menu System > Office Suite > PDF batch jobs list.

The list is purely informative and cannot be edited.

Element	Describes the document (number/name).
Time	The date the job was created.
Inserted by	User who created job.
Function	Currently PDF only.
State	Indicates the job status. The following entries are possible: Waiting = Job has not yet been processed. The PDF batch process may have not yet started. Error = An error has occurred during the conversion. Office Suite has not received a PDF file from the converter.
Client	Indicates the client designated for the batch process. This may be several clients in a distributed environment.

When a job has an ERROR status, it may be reset by changing the entry in this field in waiting once the problem is solved!
