How to Check-out a File as Copy

 

What to do:
Select Start > Documents > Office documents.
Search for 10000009 Ball Pen.

Select the button .
The Save file window is opened.
Select the location for the file to be saved to and click Save.
 
To confirm click OK.
The file is now checked out as a copy into the named directory.
