How to Save a File

	What to do:
	Select Start > Documents > Office Documents.
	Create a new document and enter a number.
	To save this document click .
	Select File Functions > Save from the context menu.
	A normal save operation is triggered.
	Select a file from your hard disk and click Save. This is checked in by the normal save operation and assigned to the document.
