How to Email a Document

	What to do:
	Select Start > Documents > Office documents. The Office document mask is opened.
	Search for 1000009 BallPen.
	Select File Functions > Send from the context menu. If persons are assigned to the document, the Persons assigned to document list is opened. The persons, this email should be send to can be chosen from this list. Continue with step 7. If no persons are assigned to the document, the message "No address assigned. Do you want to select an address from ADM?" is displayed. When clicking Yes, the Persons list is opened. The persons, this email should be send to, can be chosen from this list.
	If no person is assigned:
	Click Yes to select a person from the Persons list.
	Select a person and click OK. A Question mask is opened. Do you want to assign these addresses to the document?
	To confirm click Yes. The Persons assigned to document list is opened.
	To confirm the selected name click . The default email window is opened.
	Send the message.
