How to Create a New Document based on a Template

	What to do:
	To work through this example, you must first activate the Office Suite toolbar (View > Toolbars > Office Suite) and complete the example Create a Copy Template.
	You can create a new document based on a template from the Office Suite templates. Predefined document properties can then be entered along with the new file.
	To create a new document from a template click in the Office Suite toolbar. The Document mask is opened.
	The Document mask lists all files that have been saved as a template in Agile e6.
	Select the respective file (e.g. BallPen) and click OK. An empty Office Document mask is opened.
	*Enter 20000 in the Number* field**.
	*Enter BallPen Junior in the Name* field.**
	To save the document click .
	The edited file is saved to the document and references the used template.
