How to Define a Default Vault

	What to do:
	Adding several files to a vault is facilitated by defining a default vault that is used whenever you add a file and thus you need not to select a vault for every single file.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents. The Document mask is opened.
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	Select Vault > Set from the context menu. A window with a list of all possible vaults is opened.
	Select a vault from the list.
	You need to select a vault you have been granted access rights for. Please contact your system administrator if you should have any questions or need assistance.
	Press Enter.
	Agile e6 inserts the vault automatically.
