How to Request the Import of a File

	What to do:
	Files not needed regularly may be exported or moved to an external vault (such as a CD-ROM). However, once exported files must be re-imported before they can be viewed or modified again. To work through this example, you must first have a file available that has been exported by a manager /system administrator.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents The Document mask is opened.
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	Select the file to be imported.
	This operation can be performed with any available file.
	Files that have been exported can easily be identified. The External Vault field shows the name of the external vault the file is stored in. The State field contains the status I for inactive.
	Select Import > Demand from the context menu.
	Agile e6 changes the State field to E to acknowledge your request.
