How to Request the Export of a File

	What to do:
	Files not needed regularly may be exported or moved to an external vault (such as a CD-ROM). Files can only be exported by the system administrator, so users must request the export of the file. To work through this example, you must first complete the example Add New Files to a Vault.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents The Document mask is opened.
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	Select the file to be exported.
	This operation can be performed with any available file.
	Select Export > Demand from the context menu.
	Agile e6 changes the State to A.
	Once the manager / system administrator has exported the file, it can no longer be viewed or modified. To view or edit the file, it must be re-imported into the system.
