How to Copy a File to a Vault

	What to do:
	As part of the work process, the modification of file contents for new applications is a recurring task. If files are to be archived or - respectively - for security reasons (prior to modifications) duplication of files may often be desirable in order to ensure that an unaltered copy of the original file will be kept. Therefore, files can be copied from your computer to a vault. To work through this example, you must first complete the example Add New Files to aVault.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents. The Document mask is opened.
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	Select the file to be copied.
	This operation can be performed with any available file.
	Select Copy (Path) from the context menu.
	If you change the file name the Copy (Path) function is identical to "Add new Files to a Vault". The file must be present at the specified location (Original Disk+Path field). If this is not the case, the File Server will display an error message.
