How to Duplicate a File in the Vault

	What to do:
	If files are to be archived or for security reasons (prior to modifications), duplication of files may often be desirable in order to ensure that an unaltered copy of the original file is kept. The duplication process copies a file to the original or to a different vault. To work through this example, you must first complete the example Add New Files to aVault.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents. The Document mask is opened.
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	Select the file to be duplicated.
	This operation can be performed with any available file.
	Select Duplicate (vault) from the context menu.
