How to Retrieve a Copy of a File from the Vault - Retrieve Copy

	What to do:
	If you want to view a document without making changes, a copy of the file stored in the vault may be retrieved. To work through this example, you must first complete the example Add new File to a Vault.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents. The Document mask is opened.
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	Select the file to be viewed.
	This operation can be performed with any available file.
	To view the file click . The FMS-File Requester is opened.
	Select the target directory where the file is to be stored.
	You cannot check the copy back into the vault unless you have reserved the document for exclusive use. In order to check in a modified copy into a vault, it has to be added like a new file.
