How to Add new Files to a Vault

	What to do:
	Files can only be added to a vault of storage area type IN. Please contact the system administrator if you do not have access to a vault. The following example uses a sample document from the document management system.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents The Document mask is opened .
	Search for DOC-1120 Ball Pen Description.
	Select the Files tab.
	To change to insert mode click .
	Click in the Vault field. The select menue with a list of available vaults is opened.
	Select one of the available vaults.
	Change to the Original File name field.
	Click . The FMS-File Requester is opened.
	Select a file and click Open.
	This operation can be performed with any available file.
	To save the entry click .
	Once you have confirmed your selection, the communication with the File Server is initiated and the file is copied to the selected vault.
