Utility function: eci_add_blb_fil

Description

The contents of the file is inserted in the respective (Blob) field.

Syntax
int eci_add_blb_fil (eci_param * eci_par, char *cp_BlobFile)

Input parameter

eci_par

Administrative structure for ECI parameter string

cp_BlobFile

Name of file (with path) to be inserted

Return parameter
ECIOK Parameter was inserted successfully
ECITOOBIG Parameter cannot be added
ECIINPUTFALSE File does not exist or cannot be opened for reading
