This function opens the mask

> ). In this form, several parameters
for document file management can be set.
- The first part for the file name assembling
This field contains the first part of the file name, e.g. Name.x.
- The second part for the file name assembling
This field contains the second part of the file name, e.g. x.doc.
- Special characters in file names
This field is used to specify the special characters which are allowed in
file names.
- replace with
This field is used to specify the characters used to replace the special characters.
- Delete assigned files when deleting document
This field indicates if the related files are to be deleted when deleting
a document.
