How to Send an Email to a Person Allocated to a Document

 

What to do:

To work through this example, you must first complete the example Allocate a Person to a Document and the examples from the module Organization.
Organisation
Select Start > Documents > All Documents.
The Document mask is opened.
Search for DOC-1100 Ball Pen.

Select the Persons tab.

Select Mr Schreiber.
Select Mail to Person from the context menu.
Press ENTER.
Note Your standard email application e.g. Microsoft Outlook is now started. The meta data of the document and the selected files are already included in the email. Now you can complete your entries and send the email.
