How To Allocate an Internal Document to an External Document

 

What to do:

Select Start > Documents > All Documents.
The document mask is opened.

Search for DOC-1600 Logo Company Miller and Sons.

Select the Internal Document tab.
To change to insert mode click .

Click in the Document Number field.
The Documents list is opened.
Click .
All documents are loaded.
Select DOC-1500 Drawing Clip.
To save the entry click .
The document DOC-1500 Drawing Clip is now referenced as the internal document for DOC-1600 Logo Company Miller and Son.
When opening document DOC-1500 Drawing Clip and its External Document tab, the document DOC-1600 Logo Company Miller and Son is automatically listed.
