How to Allocate a Note to a Document

	What to do:
	Select Start > Documents > Stored documents.
	Search for DOC-1100 Ball Pen.
	Select References > Notes from the context menu. The Note window is opened.

	To change to insert mode click .
	Enter This is the standard ball pen version.
	To save the entry click .
	Select Reference > Notes from the context menu. The respective note is displayed.

	To add more than one note repeat steps 3 - 6.
