How to Create a Stored Document

What to do:

Select Start > Documents > Stored Documents.

To change to insert mode click .

Enter DOC-1100 in the Document Number field.
Document numbers must be unique. If DOC-1100 already exists, enter e.g. DOC-1100-xx (xx = your initials).

Enter Ball Pen in the Name field.

To save the entry click .

Repeat steps 2 - 5 and enter the following values:

DOC-1110 (or DOC-1130-xx)	Presentation Ballpen
DOC-1120 (or DOC-1120-xx)	Ball Pen Description

To change to the list view select Type list from the context menu. Find the documents you entered (e.g. by entering DOC-% in the Document Number field).
