File Replication

Activate/Deactivate a File Replication

	To activate or deactivate the file replication, set the following definitions: Client settings: Web Client Java Client activate the DFM License configuration parameter EDB-DFM-ACTIVATE
	Client Settings
	Java Client
	Open the file jacc.defaults.
	Change the EP_DDM_SITE entry to mach your DFM-Site ID.
	<site name> must be the same as used within Agile e6 with the same spelling.

	Web Client
	In the folder EP_ROOT\epclt\webplm\config open the file webplm.properties.
	Enter the following line: axalant.env.EP_DDM_SITE=<site name>
	<site name> must be the same as used within Agile e6 with the same spelling.

	Activate the DFM License
	The DFM license must be activated for Windows and Unix operating systems:
	Windows Registry
	In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Agile\Agile_eFileService\ change the value for REQ_LICENSES in FMS_DFM.
	Restart the service Agile_eFileService.

	Unix
	Start the FileServer with the option -r FMS_DFM.

	Configuration Parameter EDB-DFM-ACTIVATE
	The following values can be used: "0" = Deactivate (Default) "1" = Activate
	Select System > Other Parameters.
	Search for the parameter EDB-DFM-ACTIVATE.
	In the field Value, set the value to 1 or 0.
