How to Initiate a Replication Using a Batch Process

	What to do:
	When a user tries to check out a file from the local vault that is not available the Replication Mode window is opened automatically. Otherwise, the batch file replication option will not be available.
	Please refer to the FileServer section for detailed information regarding the file check-out procedures.

	Select option "2) Batch" and click OK to confirm your selection.
	Document files are now copied to the local vault according to the settings specified for the batch process. The replication can be initiated at a later time.
	Only users with manager privileges can schedule the times of file transfers.
