When a user tries to check out a file that is not available from a local vault, the Replication Mode window is opened automatically. Otherwise, the Online file replication option will not be available. |

Please refer to the FileServer section for detailed information regarding file check-out procedures. |

Select option "1) Online" and click to confirm your selection. |
 |
Document files are now copied to the local vault. |
