How to Create a Neutral Item

 

What to do:
Select Start > Bill of Materials > Neutral Item
The Neutral Item mask is opened.
To change to insert mode click .
Enter ART-13 in the Item Number field and Pen Cap in the Name field.
To save the entry click .
The neutral Item can be identified by the entry VARATT in the Type field.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 and create the following items:

Item Number Name Organization Alias Number Colour
ART-13_1 Pen Cap Blue WP 13_1 Blue
ART-13_2 Pen Cap Red WP 13_2 Red
ART-13_3 Pen Cap Silver WP 13_3 Silver
