How to Assign a Filter

	What to do:
	To work through this example, you must first complete the example Create one-level Product Structure.
	Select Start > Bill of Material > Product Component - Neutral. The Product Component - Neutral mask is opened.
	Search for Upper Body Complete.
	Select the Structure tab.
	Click on the Position number of the entry Upper Body Housing. The Product Structure Element mask is opened.
	Select the Filter tab.
	To change to insert mode click .
	Click in the Name field. A selection menu is opened which contains the default attribute entries. It can also contain additional entries, depending on the attributes defined for an item.

	Select the entry Metal.
	In the Value column enter "y". ("y" = YES)
	Only those items will be listed in the Solutions tab which have the attribute Metal.
