How to Create Specifications

	What to do:
	To work through this example, you must first complete the example Create Specification Categories and set up a cooperation partner. Alias ID
	Select Start > Organization > Cooperation Partner. The Cooperation Partner mask is opened.
	This example describes how to create specifications via the Cooperation Partner. It is also possible to create a specification via Start > Bill of Materials > Specification.
	Search for World Pen.
	Click the Specification tab.
	To change to insert mode click .
	Select Press Button in the Category field.
	Having selected an internal category, the Internal field is marked automatically.
	Enter rubber in the Specification field .
	Specificatios must not contain the following special characters: <> '" ^ &: ; + - / # ^
	To save the entry click .
	Repeat Steps 4-7 and enter the following data: Category Specification Press Button plastic Ornamental Ring Wooden Ornamental Ring Plastic Ornamental Ring Rubber
