How to Create Specification Categories

	What to do:
	To work through this example, you must first complete the example set up a cooperation partner. Alias ID
	Select Start > Organization > Cooperation Partner. The Cooperation Partner mask is opened.
	This example describes how to create specification categories via the cooperation partner. It is also possible to create a specification category via Start > Bill of Materials > Specification Category.
	Search for World Pen.
	Click the Specification Categories tab.
	To change to insert mode click .
	The Internal field is selected automatically.
	Enter Press Button in the Category field.
	EnterPress Button in the Description field.
	To save the entry click .
	Repeat Steps 4-8 and enter the following data: Field Name Value Category Ornamental Ring Description Ornamental Ring
	External specifications are also set up here. For external specifications the Internal field should not be selected.
