| In order to work through this example you must have completed the example Defining affected Objects of a Work Request and must have created an additional set (20- Change Operation) for the work request EWR-2000. | |
| Please note that additional work sets can only be assigned to work orders! | |

| Activate the tab and open the form of work set 10. | |
| Activate the tab to display the associated objects. | |
| Highlight the item ART-1200 and select from the context menu. | |

| The item ART-1200 is removed from the work set No. 10 and assigned to the work set No. 20 ( tab). | |
| Change to the tab of work set 10. | |
| Highlight the item structure relation ART-1000 | ART-1200 and select from the context menu. | |
| Assign the item structure relation to the work set 20. | |
| The item structure relation is removed from the work set 10 and assigned to the work set 20 ( tab). | |
| It is not possible to move objects or item structure relations to a set that is in state 270 | Complete. | |
| When a new object version is assigned to another work set, the predecessor version must also reference the other work set. | |
| It is not possible to move an item structure relation to another set from the list in the tab . Only the item structure relation displayed in the tab of the corresponding work set can be moved to another set. | |
| It is also possible to move objects to another set of a different work order. However, manager privileges are required to perform such action! |
