How to Initialize Plot Jobs with a Batch Process
Plot jobs can be initialized with a batch process. The initial status level
of a new plot job is not set to , it remains
at until the user submits this plot job.
At this time, the status level changes to .
The batch process is executed on the application server and verifies the status
of all plot jobs in predefined time intervals. Plot jobs with a
status are executed.
Requirements
- Initialize the environment variable in
the startup script with the name of the plot server.
- Go to the Default data mask and select the checkbox.
- Go to the field and define the
time interval for the status polling process.
- Check the entries in ep_root; application and user in the file:
Windows: <axalant_root\cmd\plm_start_bachplot.cmd>
Unix: <axalant_root\scripts\plm_start_bachplot.csh>
