How to Update the Plot Job Status

	What to do:
	Select Start > Plot > Update plot order status. Status file data is retrieved and updated.
	The system cannot display any data unless there is status information available for the plot job and for all associated documents! Whenever the update function is executed, data from the status files is read and updated!
