How to Assign a Document to an Application

	What to do:
	In order to work through this example, you must have completed the example Creating an Application and must have created the document "Functional Specification" with the number Doc-001.
	Select Start > Products> Product Usage> Applications. The Applications mask is opened.
	Find the application App-001.
	Click on the Documents tab.
	To change to insert mode click .
	Change to the Document Number field and click . The document list is opened.
	Find the document Doc-001.
	Highlight the corresponding line and select Take entry from the context menu.
	To save the entries click .
	The document Doc-001 is now assigned to the application App-001.
	It is not allowed to delete the assignment between an application and a document if the application is in the state 120 | Released or 260 | Withdrawn.
