How to Send an Item as an E-mail

	What to do:
	To work through this example, you must first create persons and complete the example Assign Persons to an Item. Organization
	Select Start > Items. The Item mask is opened.
	Select List from the context menu.
	Search for ART-1000 Ball Pen.
	Select Mail Article from the context menu. The List of Persons is opened.
	Select Mrs.Smith as the addressee for the item data.
	The standard e-mail program on your computer is started (e.g. Outlook). The item data has already been taken over into your e-mail body and can still be edited. Depending on the e-mail program, this process may take a while. Once the e-mail form is opened, other persons can be added as addressees as well.
