How to Display the History of an Item

 

What to do:
Select Start > Items.
 The Item mask is opened.
Search for ART-1541 Clip Top.

Select the History tab.
The history cannot be edited. All you can do is to add a note (MEMO)!
Note

Meaning of the functions:

Function Meaning
INSERT Create record
MEMO Comments
TRANSITION Change state
VERS-DEL Deletes the successor revision
VERS-DEL Undo deleting of successor revision
VERS-NEW Revision change - Entry in predecessors revision
VERS-OLD Revision change - Entry in successor revision
