How to Assign a Note to an Item

	What to do:
	Select Start > Items. The Item mask is opened.
	Search for ART-1000 Ball Pen.
	Select References > Notes from the context menu . The Note window is opened.

	To change to insert mode click .
	Enter the note Please note !! The ball pen is also available in metal design. A note consists of a simple text.
	To save the entry click .
	The note can be reactivated over the context menu of the respective item. It shows the saved note.
