How to Sign an Item

What to do:

Select Start > Items.
The Item mask is opened.

Search for ART-1000 Ball Pen.

To change the status click .
A selection menu is opened.

Select 230 | released.
If the release state is not displayed in the selection menu yet, it may be necessary to change to another state first, e.g. 120 | In Approval. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
A query window is opened.

Do you use your signature for the first time?

	Yes	No
	Enter the password you have obtained from your administrator and then click OK. A second query window is opened.	Enter your personal password and click OK.
	Enter a new password. A third query window is opened .	--
	(The new password must contain at least 6 characters! For security reasons, do NOT use your Agile e6 password!)	--
	Enter the new password again. Your personal key is now encrypted with the new password.	--
	Enter a validity period for the release and click OK.	--
