How to Assign a Document to a Company/Department

 

What to do:

1. Select Start > Companies/Departments > Companies/Departments.
2.

Select the company or department Miller and Son.

3.

Select References > Use in Documents from the context menu.
A new mask Related documents to the company is opened with all documents that have been assigned to the selected company.

4.

Change to Insert mode with the button .

5.

Change to the field Document No.

6.

Click the button .
The Document List is opened in Search mode.

7. Click the button to display the available documents.
8. Select the document DOC-1110.
9.

Select Take Entry from the context menu.

10.

Change to the Ref.Type column.

11. Click the button .
You need to fill in the Rel.type field. This entry defines the type of relationship between the person and the document (operator, owner, customer, ect.).
12. Select the relationship type Owner.
13. .Save the entry with the button .
The document reference can only be deleted in the document management!
