How to Save a File using Drag&Drop

 

What to do:

Select Start > Documents > Office Documents.
The Office document mask is opened.

Select a file in the Windows Explorer and drag it into the Office document mask.
The file is added to the Office document mask.

 
To save the document click .
  The following fields are filled in automatically when a document is created:
 
Title The file name is entered as title.
File Type The field contains the file type taken from the Windows Registry.
Author The document property 'Author' is entered in this field for MS Office files.
See the Properties tab for additional fields which can be filled in automatically. To fill them automatically, the function must be supported by the Office Suite Integration for the respective file type and the system administrator needs to define the reference between the field in the document mask and the file properties entry.
