Plot Management

How to Define the Priority Level of a Plot Job

You can specify the priority level of each file type: File type priorities can be assigned from 0 (lowest) to 999 (highest). Only those files are plotted which have the highest priority. Thus, it is possible to plot less files than are assigned to a document.

Example:
Two instances of a drawing have been assigned to a document: one is a TIFF file, the other one is a PDF file. The priority level of TIFF files in the File type list is higher than of PDF files. Upon creation of a plot job for the document, only the TIFF drawing is submitted to the plot server and plotted.

Different file types assigned to the same document must be assigned the same priority level if all of them are to be plotted.
