- Meta data for activities in progress
- Process Templates and status of assigned process-instances
- The status of your processes (in definition, in execution, completed)

The mask contains the following sections: |
|
1. The Templates section in the
head form contains the total number of process templates. |
|
2. The Instances section in the head form contains the following information
of all available processes:
- : Total number of processes
that are currently being defined and are not yet initiated (including also not yet started sub-processes).
- : Total number of processes
in progress.
- : Total number of processes
that are finished.
- : Total number of initiated, running
processes.
- : Total number of completed
processes.
- : Total number of initiated
but currently suspended processes.
- : Total number of initiated
and canceled processes prior to completion.

3. The tabs in the bottom part of the mask lists processes according
to their status,
displaying more detailed information for processes already indicated in
the Instances section
including current activities and process templates.
- tab: Click this
tab to watch or influence current activities.
- Current activities can be rejected and restarted on the tab of the Process Console,
no matter if the work item(s) has already been accepted or forwarded.
It might be required to reject
an activity and to change resources of the activity in case a user
is unavailable (e.g. due to illness) in which
case the work item(s) is pending and the activity can't be further
processed. If a current activity is rejected,
then the work item(s) of this activity is deleted. The activity
is set to the state "rejected" and the resources
of the activity can be changed. With "Restart Activity"
the activity is started again and the work item(s) is
newly created.
- tab: Click this tab to watch
detailed information and/or unlock process templates.
- tab: Click this tab to
unlock and/or change the owner of processes in definition.
- tab: Click this tab to
suspend, resume, cancel, unlock and/or change the owner of processes
in execution.
- tab: Click this tab to unlock
finished processes.
- tab: Click this tab to
unlock any process of any state.

If an error occurs
and a process template or a process is locked, they can be unlocked:
On the tab or ,
click the corresponding entry and click
in the context menu.

you to open a
project status-specific edit mask. Alternatively, you can open this mask
with the following menu options:
