How To Change the Project Status

 

What to do:

Select Start > Projects.
The Project mask is opened.
Search for PRJ-1100 Ball Pen.

To view the current project status, select Organization > Status > Show from the context menu.
The current status is displayed in the footer, e.g.:

Possible status changes depend on the selected review release. Changing the review release requires manager access permissions.

Select Organization > Status > Change from the context menu.
A selection box appears. Only those status changes are displayed, which are planned for the current status in the selected review release.

Select the status 120 | In Approval.

Repeat steps 3 - 5 for all projects until 230 | Released is reached.
A project with subordinate projects can only be released if all subordinate projects have been released. When changing to the release status a window is opened which can be used to change the validity time.

{short description of image} Enter the current date e.g. 05/030/2005 as a value for Valid from and 01/01/3000 as a value for Valid to.
The values are applied to the Valid from/to fields in the General Data tab.

To save the entry click .

{short description of image} Open the Project mask with PRJ-1100 Ball Pen.
In the mask the review release must have the state Released and the validity time must be between 05.03.2005 and 01.01.3000.
