Please note that when adding a second file to a document the file type will change to Unknown for both files! | ||||||

If there are two files assigned and one of them is deleted, the file type of the remaining file is not automatically reset to the original value! A possible workaround would be to write a function in Logview that checks if there's only one file attached to the document and then determines the file type! | ||||||

Because the system will take over the properties of the assigned file, the document title may have to be changed to the previous one again. | ||||||

The file is already added to the Files tab. No extra Save action is required. | ||||||

To fill them automatically, the function must be supported by the Office Suite Integration for the respective file type and the system administrator needs to define the reference between the field in the document mask and the file properties entry.||||||
