In the conditional part of a decision table the When part of a rule is represented by conditions (these lines are indicated by a 'B' in the Type field). In a decision table a condition can be separated into main and rule columns using the following scheme:

In a rule column blank fields are not permitted; therefore, a colon (= no condition check) must be entered in such cases.
