In order to assign an organization or a department to a process, click the Organ.Unit field and select and entry from the List of companies/departments.
It is not possible to assign both a project and an organization/department to a project at the same time!
When assigning a process to a project the role concept has to be taken into account. Basically, the system checks which user with a role in a project is responsible for a process or an activity. If there are no users assigned to a specific project, the system will find all users without any assignment to a project!
