Structuring Projects and Creating Subtasks |
|
Splitting a project master into subprojects and structuring these subprojects enables process-oriented structuring of data into individual subtasks. This provides monitoring of the project process and the corresponding project state can be displayed by integrating a review/release procedure. | |
Allocating Project-related Data |
|
In addition to project data, projects include further data
like e.g. items or documents. They can be linked to project management directly
using relations for item and document management. This is to ensure that
all data required for the project is directly available for persons involved
in the project without the overhead of searching in other locations. An additional allocation for project management is available for the folder. The folder can be compared with a so-called "circulating folder" combining elements for the purpose of combined processing. |
|
NotesIt is possible to maintain notes for every project in order to provide additional information. If necessary, this information can be changed, deleted or extended. |
|
ReservationA project can be reserved for a certain user to ensure, that this project cannot be changed by another user while it is being processed. For example, a user may reserve a project for the processing time to prevent it from being released accidentally. |

Mail to a PersonIn cooperation with the Companies and Persons module, a mail with the corresponding project data and additional information from the project list can be sent to all or individual persons assigned to a project. |
