Server Settings

System settings for a DataView server are specified by setting server environment variables. The syntax is:

set Variable=Value

If variables are not set or you reset variables, DataView will use fixed, programmed values (subsequently called "not set" = n.s.)..

Variable Meaning

(n.s) UNIX -> $HOME/application/directory
