The following table contains all explanation fields with a short description.

Please note that explanation fields are only a tool for the design of decision tables / procedures. Once it is executed a decision table / procedure must not contain any explanation fields.

DAT_CON (date constant) Constant of type "date"
DAT_EXPR (date expression) Expression of type "date" in language-independent database format "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS", e.g. "1998-08-28 08:30:00".

DBF (data base function)

Database amount function

DT_NAME (decision table name)

Decision table name

DTV_JOIN (DataView join) Keyword for the DataView type join selections art_agg, art_ref, art_typ

EXPR (expression)

Expression of arbitrary type

EXPR_LIST (expression list)

List of expressions of arbitrary type

FLD (field) Name of table field, syntax: <table name>.<column name>

FLO_CON (float constant)

Constant of type "float"

FLO_VAR (float variable)

Variable of type "float"

FORM_NAME (form name) Name of a user form

INT_CON (integer constant)

Constant of type "integer"

INT_VAR (integer variable)

Variable of type "integer"

LOG_CMP (logic comparison operator)

Comparison operator for logical expression

LOG_CON (logic constant)

Constant of type "logic"

LOG_EXPR (logic expression)

Expression of type "logic"

LOG_VAR (logic variable)

Variable of type "logic"

NUM_CMP (num. comparison operator)

Comparison operator ("float" or "Integer") expression.

NUM_EXPR (numeric expression)

OP (operator)

Operator for numerical functions ("float" or "integer") expression (+, -, *, /, ^, div, mod).

List of order criteria for database selection

Strings must be included in colons ('). Inverted commas in a string must have a leading backslash (\).
