In order to enable the Web-deployed File Server Client for the Java Client, the default FMS-CLI-DLL has to be set to TRUE. In this case, the webstart Java Client uses the native FMS client to access the File Server, otherwise it uses the HTTP/S FMS client to contact the Web File Service. The Java Client will receive the corresponding libraries from the application server. If the default is missing or set to FALSE, the Java Client expects the executable for the File Server Client in the system search path. If no path or executable can be found, then the Java Client uses the built-in HTTP/S File Server Client. |
