DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE

The DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE package has a PL/SQL procedure to normalize filenames on Windows NT platforms.

Note:
Do not use this procedure on Oracle releases prior to 8.1.6 or on UNIX-based Oracle installations.
