Overview

In this hands-on, you see how to use various Oracle ADF Faces layout components to achieve desired page layouts.

Introduction

You use wizards to quickly create an application and a project, and a blank JSF page. To begin designing the page, you add a Panel Stretch Layout component and a Decorative Box component.

Prerequisite and Setup

Have access to or have installed Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.2.x. You can download it from Oracle Technology Network. Install it into a directory of your choice, which, in this tutorial is referred to as JDEVELOPER_HOME.
