This illustration shows a portion of the Attribute Selector you use to add an attribute to a graph on the Overview tab of the Management Console. At the top of the image, the words "Attribute selector" appear appear instructions for using the feature. This examples shows three columns labeled, left to right, "Name", "Multiplier", and "Color".
In the "Name" column is an attribute tree listing Java packages. In this example, the top-most pacakage has been expanded to show its methods, one of which has been expanded itself to show its attributes. One attribute is selected, as indicated by reverse-colored text on a contrasting background.
In the "Multiplier" column is a number corresponding to the adjacent attribute. The number is expressed to one decimile place. In this example, the number is 1.0 and only appears for the attributes, not for the package name or the method name.
In the "Color" column are squares of color corresponding to the adjacent attribute. Color squares only appear for the attributes, not for the package name or the method name.
