Profiling Exceptions

Before you run the Exception Counter, ensure that you have created a template and added methods to the template, as described in "Working with Templates"

To profile exceptions:

1. In the Templates panel, select the check box next to the template you want to use.

2. In the list of exceptions under the template you selecetd, select the exception class you want to profile and select the exceptions you want to count.

3. In the Control Panel, click Start to begin profiling.

   When profiling begins, a progress meter will appear in the Control Panel.

4. When you have finished profiling, click Stop button.

   The results of the count will appear in the Profiling Information panel.
