We have assembled this collection of sample images
to help you get started customizing your reports.
The collection includes sample Pin Dials, Gauges,
Objects and Map background images. This collection
is a starting point; It should give you a general
idea of the different types of pins you can use
when customizing your reports. Feel free to modify*
the colors, sizes and / or shapes to more closely
match your reports.
Gauges are semi-circular
pin images that have differing level indicators and
represent more of a "cockpit" style. There
are various sizes, colors and quantities.
Object images are more
conceptual and can help give your reports a more custom,
creative feel. These unique indicators use everyday
objects to represent custom pins.
Map Background images are black and
white maps that can be colored* to match your specific
report colors. The resolution of each image is 640
x 480 and should work well with regional reports.
You may need to have a watermark in
the background to indicate the status of a report.
This walkthrough will help you understand the basics
of how to create a watermark. There are three samples
included.
*Third party software
(not included) is required for customizing, resizing or
coloring images. All final pin and background images are
in GIF format. In most cases (excluding Map Backgrounds)
the original Adobe Photoshop® files used to create
or save the images are included. When available, you will
find the original files in directories labeled "parts".
