Terms of Use for Sample Images

All of the images remain the property of Hyperion Solutions Corporation.

The images can be used royalty-free by a licensed Hyperion Software user, solely in connection with the use of the Hyperion Software.

The images may not be exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. law.

This non-exclusive right to use the images is non-transferable and may not be sold, sublicensed or redistributed (in whole or in part).

Regardless of the basis of recovery claimed, the images are provided as a courtesy for no fee and Hyperion Solutions Corporation shall not be liable for any damages arising from providing the images to the end user, whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental, even if Hyperion has been advised of the possibility of such damages. THE IMAGES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND HYPERION SOLUTIONS CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
