To install the Oracle 9iAS Wireless Client, follow the instructions on the
download page. If the Wireless Client is currently installed, it will be
detected and you will be given instructions on how to re-install.
If you are having trouble re-installing the Wireless Client, it could be
because the Wireless Client has not been completely uninstalled. Be sure that
the Oracle 9iAS Wireless Client has been removed from Control Panel's Add and
Remove Programs. If successful, the uninstall should result in:

removal of the Wireless Client application folder

removal of the application folder from the path
-
removal of the HKLM\Software\Oracle\XForms registry key
-
and removal of other environment settings
