Contained in package wwnls_api. Call this function to map an HTTP language abbreviation to the corresponding NLS language name. Note: An HTTP language abbreviation is either a two character language abbreviation or a five character code that consists of a two character language abbreviation followed by a hyphen and a two character country code, e.g. 'en', 'en-gb', 'es', 'es-mx'.
