CONCATは、2つの式を結合して1つの文字列にします。
VARCHAR2 | NVARCHAR2 | CLOB | NCLOB
CONCAT(char1, char2)
char1およびchar2: テキスト式です。
CONCAT('The current date is ', 'October 13, 2006')は、文字列The current date is October 13, 2006を返します。
