You can maintain the entire analytic workspace, or individual dimensions, cubes, cube scripts, and measures. The maintenance process does the following:
Analytic Workspace: Loads all cubes and dimensions, and aggregates the data.
Cubes. Loads dimension members, attributes, and measures and calculates the aggregate data using the default cube script.
Dimensions. Loads dimension members and attributes from their relational sources.
Measures. Loads data and calculates the aggregate data using the default cube script.
Cube Scripts. Executes each step in the script.
Available Target Objects
Your choice of objects depends on the current focus in the navigation tree. Select one or more objects and use the arrow keys to move them to Selected Target Objects.
Selected Target Objects
Initially shows the current focus, then shows objects selected for maintenance.
Add the Dimensions of the Cubes
This option enables you to add the dimensionsto the Selected Targets just by selecting the cube.
