Dimensions tab (Members)

The Dimensions tab enables you to restrict a query to the selection of data that interests you. The initial selection is the topmost level of the default hierarchy.

You can select members for a query either individually from a list of available members or by applying one or more conditions. In the Available panel, the Members subtab enables you to select from a list of members, and the Conditions subtab enables you to apply conditions.

Your choice of dimension members is recorded in the Selected panel. The Members subtab lists the selected dimension members, and the Steps subtab lists the criteria by which these members were selected. You can view, modify, reorder or remove individual dimension members or steps to further refine your query.
