Importing Dimensional Objects

You can can create and populate an analytic workspace from an EIF file. EIF files are specially formatted files for transferring objects between analytic workspaces.

To create an analytic workspace from an EIF file:

1. On the navigation tree, right-click Analytic Workspaces and choose Create Analytic Workspace From EIF File from the pop-up menu.

   The Create Analytic Workspace From EIF File dialog box is displayed.

2. Specify the characteristics of the import.

3. Choose Import.
