Use the Hidden Dimensions tab to change the selected member of hidden dimensions. The default selection for a hidden dimension is the top level of the default hierarchy.
Hidden dimensions define an edge of a selected measure, but were not selected for display in the crosstab. You can display the data for only one member of a hidden dimension. Hidden dimensions are not shown in the Selected list of the Dimensions tab.
Use the Items tab to view the selected measures, and if you wish, add or remove dimensions from the Selected list. By removing a related dimension from the Selected list, you add the dimension to the Hidden Dimensions tab.
Dimension
Displays a list of hidden dimensions for a query.
Use
Specifies the member of each hidden dimension to use in a query. To change the selection, click the cell and select More from the drop-down menu. You see the Select Member dialog box.
