You can view the loaded data for all the measures in a cube, an individual measure, or a calculated measure.
To view the data in one or more measures:
In the navigation tree, right-click a cube, measure, or calculated measure and select View Data from the pop-up menu.
The data is displayed in a crosstab and a graph. Click Help for information about formatting these displays.
To customize the crosstab:
On the Items tab, use the shuttle buttons to list the measures and dimensions in the Selected box that you want in the crosstab.
You do not need to list all the dimensions of a measure. Any dimensions that do not appear in the crosstab are limited to a single member, which you can select on the Hidden Dimensions tab.
On the Layout tab, drag and drop the dimensions to the location where you want them to appear, as described previously for modifying the crosstab. Alternatively, you can right-click a dimension and choose its new location from a pop-up menu.
On the Dimensions tab, select the members for each dimension. You can choose individual dimension members by browsing a list or searching for a particular text string. You can also select dimension members based on a particular condition, such as their data values or their level.
Each action that affects the selection of dimension members is an ordered step. You can edit the steps, change the order of steps, or disable steps. Each subsequent step is a refinement of the selection made by the previous steps.
For any hidden dimensions, select a single dimension member on the Hidden Dimensions tab.
Click Help for more information about each tab.
