You can maintain the entire analytic workspace, or individual dimensions, cubes, and measures. The maintenance process does the following:
Analytic Workspace. Loads dimension members, attributes, and measures and calculates the summary data.
Dimensions. Loads dimension members and attributes from their relational sources.
Measures. Loads data and calculates the summary data.
Calculation Plans. Executes each forecast, allocation, and aggregation step in a plan.
Available Target Objects
Your choice of objects depends on the current focus in the navigation tree. Select one or more objects and use the arrow keys to move them to Selected Target Objects. You must select Calculation Plans separately from the other objects.
Selected Target Objects
Initially shows the current focus, then shows objects selected for maintenance.
Add the Dimensions of the Cubes
This option enables you to refresh the dimensions just by selecting the cube.
