SESSION_NLS_LANGUAGE

The SESSION_NLS_LANGUAGE option is a read-only option that is the value of NLS_LANGUAGE when the value of STATIC_SESSION_LANGUAGE is FALSE; or, when the value of STATIC_SESSION_LANGUAGE is TRUE, the value of NLS_LANGUAGE just before the value of STATIC_SESSION_LANGUAGE was changed to TRUE.
